Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please message us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Refunds & Returns
Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds or replacements are only considered for items damaged during transit and are handled on a case-by-case basis.
